Capilano University Library Renovation

Core provided project management services on behalf of Capilano University for their Main Library Renovation project.

This project included the demolition and replacement of the existing Library envelope while maintaining access to the building. A new curtain wall system was installed, and new entrance vestibules added to address the degradation and aesthetics concerns associated with the existing façade. This project was completed under an expedited schedule and access to the library was maintained throughout construction.
