Holy Cross Regional High School

Core is currently providing project management services on the new Holy Cross Regional High School in Surrey, BC.

The initial scope of the project was to help Holy Cross determine their project requirements for a new school. This included the identification of a number of siting options for the school on the existing property. All options and work were documented in a Campus Master Plan business case. The business case included a Multiple Account Evaluation (MAE) which provided the Parish with a tool to evaluate all options presented by the team against design criteria expressed throughout the design process. The final business case identified the project requirements and project deliverables (schedule, budget, scope, etc) and preferred sitting option. Phase 1 of the redevelopment is a new 36,000 sqft addition which will house a new gym, drama room, theatre, multipurpose hall, and six new classrooms.
