St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School

Core is currently providing project management services on behalf of St. Francis of Assisi for the seismic upgrade and renovation of the existing 74-year-old 13,000 sf St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School in Vancouver. This project also includes a new 20,000 sf addition that will include a gymnasium, library, music/multi-purpose room, kindergarten, and administration spaces that will provide an environment for optimal learning, for future generations of students. The new addition will be constructed to meet today’s standard for structural and seismic design.
