Arbutus Ridge

Core is currently providing project management services on the new Arbutus Ridge development on Bowen Island.

This is a 43-acre development for single family serviced lots, with 3 phases already completed.

The project work to date has included road construction through the green field site, with water, storm, electricity, and fibre services installed to each lot. The development also required the provision of new wells, a water treatment & pump house building, a common septic field construction and dedications for public open space. Core is actively working on the next phases of this project.
