On behalf of Vanlux Development, Core provided project management services for a new office tower located at 525 West 8th Avenue in Vancouver.

This project provided approximately 64,000 square feet of Class “A” LEED Gold certified office space adjacent to major transit thoroughfares. A highly efficient glass envelope system was used to ensure that energy requirements for the building were minimized. This project also included over 5,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor level and four levels of underground parking.
