Project management of new office building for First Nations Health Authority

On behalf of the First Nations Health Authority, Core is currently providing project management services for the new Metro Vancouver Office Project (MVOP).

The MVOP building consists of a five-storey mass timber building providing office and associated support space, along with boardroom, kitchen, and great hall space on the first floor. The total floor space of the building is 9,000 m2, with additional outdoor deck space on Level 5. Three and a half levels of underground parking will provide 200 parking stalls.
