Project management for mixed-use development featuring hotel, commercial office space and residential tower

Core was engaged on behalf of SCDC/City of Surrey as part of a three-way joint venture partnership agreement with Century Group and Patrick Cotter Architects. This 515,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building features a 144-room hotel, five storeys of commercial office space, restaurant and other commercial spaces, 349 unit residential tower, and six levels of parkade.

Located in the core of downtown Surrey, this landmark tower is the tallest structure south of the Fraser River at over 160 m (525 ft.) in height and provides an important hub for visitors and residents alike. The tower’s first-class hotel was the first in the area, and along with the luxury residences, has been a cornerstone for attracting the commerce and tourism that downtown Surrey is striving for.
