On behalf of Uptown Property Group, Core provided project management services for the design, permitting, and budget of a new office building development in downtown Vancouver.
The 158,000 sqft project consists of a 28-storey office tower with five levels of underground parking (54 vehicle stalls and 73 bicycle spaces, integration with the neighboring 20 story historic 1929 Royal Bank Building, and new lateral seismic restraint to the Royal Bank tower via drag struts connected to the new concrete shear walls.
