Parkview Towers (Hazel)

On behalf of QuadReal Property Group, Core provided project management services on the construction of a new rental residential tower in the City of Burnaby.

The 187,000 sqft project consists of a 179,000 sqft 31-storey high-rise tower and six 3-level townhomes. A new 4-level parkade was constructed under the new tower and townhomes while maintaining access and use of the existing 2-level parkade under the two inhabited towers and part of the townhomes.
