Opal Retirement Community Development

On behalf of Element Lifestyle Retirement Inc., Core is currently providing project management services on the design and construction of the new OPAL Victoria retirement community development in the City of Victoria.

The building includes 134 rental and strata residences, a complex care facility with 26 Level 2 care units, a pub, fitness area, theatre, and richly landscaped roof decks with a view of the Bayview area of Victoria. Design is fully underway with construction anticipated to start in Summer 2024.
