Core provided project management services on the redevelopment of the Grouse Inn Hotel at 2010 Marine Drive at the Corner of Capilano Road and Marine Drive in North Vancouver.

This development is comprised of 258 residential units within two residential towers. Project components include a public plaza with a two-storey restaurant pavilion, along with a 23-storey and 19-storey tower, with 2 levels of underground parking providing 346 residential parking stalls and 84 commercial parking stalls.
