Vancouver Drydock Operations Centre

Core is providing project management services for the new Vancouver Drydock Operations Centre (VDC). VDC provides repair, refit and conversion work for government and commercial clients. The Operations Centre is part of a substantial investment to upgrade and expand VDC’s infrastructure to help grow the company’s ship repair and maintenance operations.

This 21,000 square foot building provides new office space for VDC operations staff, and a new lunchroom and locker room for over 300 trades working at the site. The project also includes substantial civil and electrical site upgrades to accommodate the building and make improvements around the site.
