Seaspan Administration Building

Core provided project management services for a new office building project located at the Vancouver Drydock site.

This project includes a 22,570 square foot showcase office building on Port leased land to accommodate Vancouver Shipyard employees (150) and Vancouver Drydock executive and administrative employees (36) on the northwest corner of the Vancouver Drydock site. This building was designed to match the Shipyards building image, as created through the 2 Pemberton and 10 Pemberton projects (both projects were managed by Core).
