On behalf of icona Properties, Core is providing project management / owner’s representative services for the new Ortus Living Development in Vancouver, BC.
The development includes a collection of 54 contemporary, concrete homes on Vancouver’s Westside on Oak St. & 67th. The building will have a range of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3-bedroom units, complete with a roof top amenity space for residents to enjoy. The project also includes extensive public realm upgrades along Oak Street and a new pedestrian mid-block connector.
