Moodyville

On behalf of Vanlux Developments, Core provided Project Management services for the master planning, design, phasing, and initial City Approvals for the Moodyville Development project in the City of North Vancouver.

This project involved the land amalgamation of over 50 private homes into a single development site that would allow the creation of over 340 townhomes. These townhomes involved a variety of design motifs and sizes. Core worked with the owner and design team to establish budgeting for a multi-phased construction plan, which would result in approximately 100 residential units being built each year.
