Lynn Valley Underpass

Core provided project management services to Bosa Development on the Lynn Valley Underpass project in North Vancouver. As part of their residential and commercial development in the Lynn Valley town center, Bosa committed to upgrade the Lynn Valley Road Highway 1 interchange to help reduce traffic congestion for traffic entering eastbound and westbound Highway 1 and traffic travelling southbound on Lynn Valley Road.

The design concept was developed by Bosa with input from the three major stakeholders: the City of North Vancouver (CNV), the District of North Vancouver (DNV) and the Ministry of Transportation & Infrastructure (MOTI). Work included a significant underpinning of Highway One complete with shotcrete wall and retaining walls, a new vehicle lane, and multi-use path.
