Project manager for construction of TransLink bus exchange upgrades

Core managed the TransLink Guildford Bus Exchange project. The Guildford Exchange is home of the 96 B-Line and is one of the busiest bus exchanges south of the Fraser. It hosts more than 350 buses and serves thousands of customers every day. The new layover allowed for more buses to serve the area.

Upgrades for this project included construction of a driver layover facility, an approximately 3-metre high acoustic barrier wall north of the layover to help mitigate any potential light or noise impacts from the new layover on neighbours, enhanced lighting will be installed to the underside of the overhead mall walkway that crosses 104th Ave, and upgrades to 105th Avenue include improved landscaping and a new bike lane.
