Esquimalt Public Safety Building

On behalf of the Township of Esquimalt, Core is currently providing project management services for the design and construction of their new Public Safety Building.

The Township of Esquimalt is currently providing policing, fire, and emergency management from the existing Public Safety Building located at 500 Park Place. The new building will incorporate several community, emergency, and Township functions along with fire & public safety, storefront retail, and community amenity spaces within one complex structure. The project involves the construction of temporary fire and policing facilities and is pursuing a wide variety of green building initiatives within the three-storey 28,000 sqft building.
