On behalf of Reliance Properties, Core provided project management services for the construction of a residential development consisting of a high-rise strata residential tower and low-rise non-market affordable rental units at 6556 Marlborough Avenue in the City of Burnaby.
The project consists of a new 34-storey apartment building which includes 218 strata units and 47 market rental units, and a 4-storey apartment building with 41 non-market (affordable) rental units. Parking will be provided through five levels of underground parkade space.
