On behalf of the City of Surrey, Core is providing project management services on the renovation and expansion of the Chuck Bailey Recreation Centre project, located at 13458 107A Avenue in Surrey, BC.
This important community project involves the renovation of approximately 900 square meters of existing space to accommodate three new childcare rooms and upgraded facilities for senior programming. In addition, the scope includes a 3,600 square meter expansion that will provide a new multipurpose community hall with a commercial-grade kitchen, dedicated art studios, flexible meeting rooms, a fully equipped fitness centre, gymnasium, and weight room. The project will also deliver enhanced outdoor social spaces to support year-round community engagement.
