Core provided project management services on a new mixed-use development at 729 East Broadway in Vancouver BC.
The six-storey 44,600 sqft development included a commercial space (restaurant and office) on the ground floor and 45 rental apartments (combination of studio, one, two and three bedroom) on floors two through five. The project also included one storey of below grade parking.
The existing building was classified as a heritage building, and as a result the existing heritage elements/ façade of the building was planned to be retained and restored during the design and construction of the new building.
