Core provided project management services to the City of White Rock on the Waterfront Parkade project. The 4-storey concrete parkade at Victoria and Vidal Street, in the City of White Rock, is approximately 66,000 sqft with 183 parking stalls for a variety of vehicular and bicycle parking near the heart of White Rock’s West Beach community.
