Smith Athletic Park

On behalf of the Township of Langley, Core is currently providing project management services for the design and construction of their new sports facility, Smith Athletic Park. The Township of Langley is currently master planning a parcel of greenfield land for conversion into a soccer centre and sports complex. The project is contemplating four artificial turf fields, including three outdoor fields of which one would be oversized to allow for rugby, and one full size soccer field enclosed in a building. Additionally, there would be supporting spaces within the facility including change rooms, training facilities, food service and public use areas that may have an area of up to 15,000 sqft.
