Seaspan Head Office – 2 Pemberton

Core provided project management services for the 84,000 sqft 4–storey corporate head office building for Seaspan’s Vancouver Shipyards. The new office was constructed in support of the $9+ Billion of ship building contracts (17 vessels) awarded to Seaspan from the Government of Canada as part of the National Ship Building Program.

The new corporate head office houses nearly 400 staff and features innovative design with a structure cantilevered 20 feet over the shoreline. The building also includes state-of-art office space, meeting rooms, electric vehicle charging and a full-service cafeteria.
