Seaspan Existing Head Office Renovation

Core provided project management services for the renovation of Seaspan’s existing head office building at 10 Pemberton.

This project included the following scopes which were completed in phases, as the building remained occupied during construction: mechanical, electrical, & sprinkler systems upgrades, interior office renovations, move management, façade upgrade, and new parking lot construction.
