On behalf of Reliance Properties, Core provided project management services for a new office tower located at 601 West Pender in Vancouver.
The project consists of a 430,000 sqft office development consisting of 29-storeys, and a new 7-level parkade structure providing 230 parking spaces and substantial bike storage, with over 15,000 sqft of amenity space for tenants on the 3rd floor.
