On behalf of Relevant Properties, Core provided full project management services for a master planned oceanfront community in the City of Colwood on Vancouver Island.
This new community fronts onto the 13-acre ocean park, Heritage Orchard, and the Pacific Ocean. A total of 707 wood-frame residential units were planned to be provided through nine phases of construction with well over 1,000,000 square feet of residential space provided.
