On behalf of QuadReal Property Group and Hungerford Properties, Core provided project management services on the development of a mixed-use development at 220 East 1st in Vancouver BC.

The development includes a unique mix of innovative industrial, commercial and market rental residential units. The 255,000 sqft two tower facility will include two floors of industrial (41,000 sqft), eight floors of office space (88,000 sqft), and twelve stories of residential (126,000 sqft) and both office and residential amenity space including a roof deck area.
