Core is currently providing project management services for the new Westminster Toyota Dealership that is located in the Queensborough neighbourhood in New Westminster. This 36,000 square foot dealership is a concrete and steel frame structure consisting of a two storey showroom, service drive through, 15 vehicle service bays, 3 vehicle detail bays, and roof top parking for storage of 83 new vehicles accessed via a ramp that has been neatly incorporated into the architecture. On site ground level parking includes 50 public and 46 display parking spaces.
