With 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Josh’s extensive project management experience has focused on institutional projects and commercial / retail construction which includes working on town centres, recreation buildings, libraries, police buildings, schools, transit, and automotive dealership projects. Josh has a solid history of working on projects with challenging design constraints and excels at coordinating the design process for multiple stakeholder groups. Josh’s background in general contracting has given him proven knowledge of construction processes. He has worked his entire career within the Vancouver region, which has given him an extensive experience with local contractors and consultants and very positive working relationships with each group. Josh is a LEED AP and has worked on several LEED-accredited buildings.
Justin has worked in the design and construction industry for the past 25 years, where he has represented both public and private sector clients and owners in managing the development and delivery of a large scale of diverse infrastructure projects valued between $5 million and $1+ billion. Justin adds value with his knowledge and experience with all procurement models including Design-Build, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Construction Management, Traditional Design-Bid-Build and Public Private Partnerships, which allows him to offer his clients expertise in choosing the right delivery model for their projects.
A structural engineer, Justin spent the early part of his career designing a large number of institutional projects in British Columbia including airports, pretrial centres, municipal facilities, elementary and high schools and hospitals. This broad base of understanding of all engineering disciplines in both the design and construction phases of infrastructure projects has served Justin and his clients well in his project management roles to date.
