Core is currently providing Project Management/ Owner Representative Services to Seaspan ULC on their new corporate head office at the foot of Pemberton on the North Vancouver Waterfront. Construction commenced in December 2015 and is on schedule for completion in September 2017. The new building will support Seaspan’s 17 vessel ($8 Billion) ship building contract for the Government of Canada.
The 85,000 sf 4 storey building will house 330 employees across all head office functions including HR, IT, Executive Marine Operations and dispatch. The building is constructed of concrete and steel piles and cantilevered 20ft over the water.
