Core is currently providing project management services on the new Arbutus Ridge development on Bowen Island.
The scope includes the design and servicing of 32 single family lots on Arbutus Ridge / Bowen. Servicing work includes a new access road through the center of the site, water main, hydro/telephone, stormwater management system and a new water well complete with pump station and reservoir.
