Core is currently providing project management services a new mixed-use development at 741 East Broadway in Vancouver BC.
The six-storey 36,000 sf development will include a commercial space (restaurant and office) on the ground floor and 45 rental apartments (combination of studio, one, two and three bedroom) on floors two through five. The project will also include one storey of below grade parking.
The existing building has been classified as a heritage building, and as a result the existing heritage elements/ façade of the building will be retained and restored during the design and construction of the new building.
