On behalf of QuadReal Property Group and Hungerford Properties, Core is currently providing project management services for the mixed-use development at 1717 Lorne Street in Vancouver, BC.
The development will include a unique mix of innovative industrial, commercial and market rental residential units.
The 255,000 sf two tower facility will include two floors of industrial (41,000 sf), eight floors of office space (88,000 sf), and twelve stories of residential (126,000 sf) and both office and residential amenity space including a roof deck area.
