On behalf of Pacific Gate Investments, Core provided project management services on the redevelopment of the Grouse Inn Hotel at 2010 Marine Drive at the corner of Capilano Road and Marine Drive in North Vancouver. Core provided project management services during the design and pre-construction phases on this project, which consists of a 23-story residential tower, a 19-story residential tower, a 5,000 ft2 public plaza and restaurant pavilion, and a 2-level underground parking that provides 346 residential parking stalls and 84 commercial parking stalls. Core managed early design coordination, value engineering, contractor negotiations, expedited permit approvals, and negotiated services agreements.
