Core is currently providing project management / owner’s representative services in the development of a new mixed-use commercial development in Squamish BC.
The proposed development which is in a prominent location on Highway 99 in Squamish, includes two buildings:
Car Wash – a new 5,500 sf car wash facility that will include two auto wash bays, and three self-wash bays.
Oil Lube Service Building – a new 1,300 sf oil/lube facility that will be leased to a national oil service company.
On top of our traditional project management services of design and construction management, Core provided all early development work including site feasibility and best-use analysis, pro-forma support, and lease negotiations.
