Squamish Car Wash

Core provided project management / owner’s representative services in the development of a mixed-use commercial development in Squamish BC. This development, in a premier location on Highway 99 in Squamish, includes a 5,500 sqft car wash facility that includes two auto wash bays, and three self-wash bays, and a 1,300 sqft oil/lube facility leased Great Canadian Oil Change. On top of our traditional project management services of design and construction management, Core provided all early development work including site feasibility and best-use analysis, pro-forma support, and lease negotiations.
