Core is currently providing project management services on the new King George Towers residential development consisting of three high-rise towers and series of 6 story townhome and apartment buildings in the City of Surrey.

The 2-parcel site is located at the junction of King George Boulevard and 132nd street and includes: three towers, ranging from 24 to 36 stories, a new 6 storey townhome/apartment podium, and a 3-level parkade structure for the towers apartment building.
