Core is providing project management services for the design and construction of a new Fire Training Centre to enhance the fire service provided to Surrey residents and a facility that provides training space for other municipalities. This training centre will be located at 14901 and 14923 – 64 Avenue, Surrey. The existing training facility will be maintained during construction.
The new facility will include clean and dirty conference/training rooms, change rooms, administration offices and support spaces. A rooftop observation deck will also be provided. The total building square footage is approximately 12,000 sq. ft.
