Core is currently providing project management services on behalf of St. George’s School for the rezoning and redevelopment of the senior school campus in the Dunbar neighborhood of Vancouver.
Phase one of the project includes two academic buildings and a 100-stall underground parkade. An athletics building will be constructed in a later phase of this master-planned project. Also included in future phases will be a performing arts centre, student accommodations, and staff accommodations.
This project will also include construction of two new exterior play fields, which will be used for a variety of sporting events.
