On behalf of Vanlux Development, Core is providing project management services for a new office tower that will be located at 521 and 525 West 8th Avenue in Vancouver. This project will provide approximately 70,000 square feet of Class “A”, LEED Gold certified office space adjacent to major transit thoroughfares. A highly efficient glass envelope system will be used to ensure that energy requirements for the building are minimized.
This project will also include over 5,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor level and four levels of underground parking.
